The IISEE installed video-conference facilities to enhance real-time communication with organizations and individuals in developing countries and complement IISEE training course program. The IISEE plans to provide lectures and technical suggestions regarding seismology and earthquake engineering matters through video-conferences for the people who can not attend our course.

The IISEE conducts video-conferences jointly with the international organizations which already have world-wide networks such as World Bank's Global Development Learning Center and JICA-Net utilizing their facilities in developing countries.
