| Editorial Note | EC8 and its Portuguese National Annex are now the official regulation in Portugal. The official publication of the Portuguese legislation enforcing Eurocode took place in November 2019. The national annex is relevant in what regards the definition of the seismic action. For a transition period EC8 will coexist with the previous regulation. |
