About the edition |
Technical Regulations for building structures (Pravilnik za građevinske konstrukcije) is a general code which refers to various material-related design standards (reinforced concrete, steel, etc.) and different types of structures (e.g. buildings, bridges, etc). |
These design standards are labelled as SRPS EN and are identical to the current Eurocodes, which were translated in Serbian and contain a National Annex. According to Part VIII of the Technical Regulations, seismic design of structures in Serbia is performed in line with the standard SRPS EN 1998, which corresponds to European standard Eurocode 8 (EN 1998), which was published by the European Committee for Standardization (CEN) in 2004 (and was updated in 2009). |
