Classification of structures Group A and Group B

Group A |
1) Structures whose failure or collapse might cause a large loss of lives, an extraordinary economic loss, or a loss of irreplaceable structures or objects of cultural importance. 2) Structures such as hospitals, schools, stadiums, temples, auditoriums, and hotels with meeting facilities for more than 200 people, other public buildings that are essential during emergency. 3) Structures for gas stations, storages for flammable, hazardous or toxic materials, transportation centers, fire stations, electric power substations, communication centers, important governmental data centers, museums, and monuments. |
Group B |
1) Ordinary buildings for residential, office, commercial, industrial and lodging use. 2) Structures which don't belong to Group A. |
