Buildings in which people gather (cinemas, theaters, exhibition halls), university buildings, schools, hospitals, fire stations, telecommunication, radio, and television buildings, and some important industrial buildings.

Residential buildings, hotels, restaurants, public buildings, and all other dwellings not classified in Category I.

III

Auxiliary industrial buildings, agro-industrial buildings.

IV

Temporary buildings and structures that could collapse without danger to human lives, and therefore do not require earthquake protection.
