Numerical Simulation of Tsunami Inundation and Its Application
Course Description
This class aims to understand the basic tsunami physics, modeling and its limitation. This lecture contains simulation exercises using the tsunami code (Tohoku University’s Numerical Analysis Model for Investigation). Fundamental knowledge of hydrodynamics and programming are required.
