By Mr. Takashi Yamashita, Head of IISEE Administration Division

On Tuesday April 5, IISEE had a “Cherry Blossom Viewing” lunch party. Although it rained the day before, we enjoyed a good view of cherry blossoms and Japanese style lunch boxes with Dr. Sakamoto, the president of BRI and Dr. Nishiyama, the vice president of BRI.
