1. Needs Survey for JICA training courses will start soon!
The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Japan and JICA will start the Needs Survey for JICA group training courses on this June. In order to participate the 2008-2009 IISEE training course, which will start on the end of September 2008, each country is requested to select the JICA "Seismology, Earthquake Engineering and Disaster Mitigation Course" with high priority. So we'd like to ask you that your institution requests your Government to choose this course from the menu of many JICA group training courses with high priority. The deadline of the Needs Survey will be August. We are looking forward to a lot of request from your countries.
