I am a ex-participant on regular group taining course in seismology during 1985-1986. I would like to inform to all my freinds ex-participants, Staff and Lecturers of IISEE that my former Geophysical Departemnt of Centre de Recherche en Sciences Naturelles Lwiro become now: Observatoire Volcanologique de Goma (GVO). It become one General direction from march 2010 and has the resposability for monitoring the Virunga volcanoes, especialy the Nyiragongo and the Nyamulagira active volcanoes. Goma Volcanological Observatory has four Departments which are participate for monitoring the activities of volcanoes. Seismology, Geochemistry, Geothetic-deformation and Technical department.
