1. Off Coast of Northern Sumatra Earthquake, 2004 Dec 26, M9.0
On Dec 26, 2004, a surprisingly big earthquake hit the north part of the Sumatra Island of Indonesia, Andaman Islands, Nicobar Islands of India, and many people were lost, missing or injured by collapse of structures and Tsunami in surrounding countries to the Indian Sea.
